Cedarwood Apartments

I had a signed a 1 year lease here but moved out within 10 months. The apartment units here are exactly as you expect them for the affordable rent they offer. One thing to note is my experiences are based on living in a basement portion of an apartment so also I can't speak for all the apartments since my experience is solely based on my apartment experience. Pros 1. The management is quick with their responses but there is very less they can do with the old apartment buildings and units. Check the unit carefully before you lease them, some of them are renovated. 2. Water and heat is included in the rent and the rent is very affordable. 3. I lived in this complex for 2 years. I was really happy with the maintenance, Mark specifically. The buildings are old and sometimes your experiences depend on which apartment they give you but I really liked mine. The only reason I would cut some points would be taking too much money for only one blind break. Those stuff are quite cheap normally, so I suggest you change yourself before you leave. The location was great and the most importantly I never had an issue with security around my house. The lighting at night, helps I think. I will remember this place nicely.

This is the best place to live! Danielle is extremely helpful and always pleasant. Maintenance is on the ball and personable as well. This complex is very clean and rodent and bug free! On top of all that, it is affordable. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

I've lived in this area most of my whole life - My daughter lived here for about a year and we loved it - Danielle is a wonderful Manager. I have also referred several people through the years. These apartments are affordable & adorable and they even have a private swimming pool on the premises. Great Organization!!

Manager is very helpful and maintains the property very well. Maintenance response time is usually within 24 - 48 hours. The summer pool is kept extremely clean and the lifeguards are incredibly friendly. I have lived at other apartments in the past and honestly none compare to Cedarwood Apts.
