If I could give a -5 stars I would. NEVER EVER EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! MICE! PROPERTY FALLING APART! Was a little late on rent due to losing a job, communicated with landlord, said it would be paid in full by the end of the month, two days later I paid the whole thing which was 2 weeks earlier than I told him I would. Then the next month I receive an eviction notice for court. After going to court we settled and I had everything paid up. Got in the mail a renewal form, checked the month to month cuz I needed one more month to find another place. Landlord threatened us with a lawsuit for renewing so we left about 3 days into the month. Then got a letter in the mail saying we weren’t getting our security deposit because it went toward “rent” for that month. Mind you we had already g

These people are Disgusting. How do you just cover up mold smh how do you do a $3 fix on something that needs to be replaced smh CROOKS. I can see I have to file on them smh. RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THESE PEOPLE. More people need to take action and sue them in court. The only good thing is when you take them to court you can take screenshots of all the reviews to show the type of problem that these people are. I use to rent a house from them while living there they was ok. I moved out and realized within in a week or so I realized I left and item there. I contacted the manger Yossi and he stated the house was cleaned out I said ok can I have the company name and number so I can contact them because I know they wouldn’t have thrown the item away. He refused to give me the information which leads me to believe he knows about the item and just want to keep it! Which is sad because I was a good tenant for over 5 years I left the house in great condition I got my full deposit back. I just want my family item back but he refused!!!!!

Currently a tenant at the Whitehorse pike apartments in Lindenwold. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!! Went to look at the apartment back in July. The person showing had NO idea the pricing or answers to basic questions. I asked the management and got answers. Got approved within 3 days of applying on a Thursday and they expected the security in 3 days mean while they are closed idk what hours but they weren't open any days I needed to ask a question. Come to move in day and everything seemed fine if you don't mind the landlord following you around for his money. Fast forward to today and it's only been 2 months here and I've already called maintenance if that's what you wanna call them. Didn't fix anything just made it worse!! Briar Park Apartments. They took over managing this complex in mid 2022. I would give 0 stars if I could. They cashed a rent check and misplaced the funds. Obviously a management error. Won't take responsibility and have been harassing me nonstop to pay again. I've advised the date the check was cashed and the funds withdrawn, I have provided the check number, and all they can say is "send us a copy". At the same time, they're trying to raise rent and insist that if I don't want to pay it due to shoddy management and harassment, I can move out. I've been renting for ten years and never dealt with such incompetence.
