We had a few things that needed immediate assistance with our stairs, and dishwasher. Edgar the maintenance guy came the same day the problems occurred! He is so friendly, nice, and most of all actually cares about the tenants. Thank you, Edgar!

Townhomes are Beautiful. Just be aware that the lady from property management is hard core. She will nitpick about every little thing (grill isn’t covered, having candles in your home). She randomly does walkthroughs and looks through your home. When she lets pest control in, she follows them around as they treat the unit. When you move they charge a $100 fee to reprogram the Ring camera (a service they provide to you) as well as a $100+ fee to reprogram the Nest thermostat. $150-300 fee for Lawncare. Must have your carpets professionally cleaned and provide receipt. They will make it impossible to get your deposit back. I was considering leasing until my sibling informed me of this.

Townhome is beutiful and spaceous, but no open space for kids to play, very few outside parking. I had worse experince with the management while leaving the apartment. They will make it impossible to get your deposit back.

Family rented a unit in order to care for our aging mother. Loved the unit! Highly recommend.
