Overall not a bad place to live but since living here for half a year, large trash items including furniture, appliances and multiple mattress have piled up at the trash container and into the parking lot. It makes the apartment complex look like a dump and is unacceptable given the high rent we pay. Management has let the items sit there for months and its seems like maintenance is allowed to dump busted fridges and washer/dryers there too.

I had an amazing experience with this massage service. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and welcoming. The therapist was attentive, professional, and clearly skilled — took the time to understand what I needed and tailored the session perfectly. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing and effective. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and with noticeably less tension. Overall, this is a decent and somewhat affordable apartment complex, but it definitely has areas that need improvement. The biggest issues are cleanliness and upkeep. Many residents don’t clean up after their dogs and the gates meant to conceal the trash receptacles are almost always left open. Not only is it unattractive, but it also gives vermin and wildlife easy access. Unfortunately, management has limited care, so they don't enforce keeping it closed and the problem continues. During the summer, some tenants also leave wet towels hanging over their balconies, assuming after using the pool. I have lived here for nine months now with five months being in the townhomes, and then transferred over to the apartment villas in September. My initial impression of Cedar Park was not a positive one because they had temporary office management and follow through. was lacking with repairs and callbacks. However, since the new manager came in all of that has changed. Katyrea has always presented to me as a hard-working and dedicated property manager who goes above and beyond to make sure that things get taken care of. It is important to note that she has been doing the job of two people until they recently hired a second person I go to the gym early in the morning, and I often see her in her office as early as 6 AM beginning her long day. Moved in Nov 1st. Townhouse had minor issues that needed addressed. Too many cars parked in the street. There are signs that clearly state no parking on this side of the street, but no one abides by the signs. However, a good start because it is very quiet and peaceful. This townhomes are very pricey. Hopefully it is worth the price I'm paying.
