Can confirm Ivy is incredibly unprofessional and has been locking herself in the leasing office for most of her time there. It started sometime after she finished handing out all of the ‘parking passes’. She will literally laugh at you if you continue to try getting her attention while she’s locked in the office during business hours. I think there are other people working in there with her sometimes, but they don’t seem to have authority to unlock the door(seems like a safety violation?). No one ever answers the phone and they generally do not respond, even to prospective tenants. She clearly cannot keep units occupied based on all the clearly empty units and I’m surprised Bode keeps her around. Ivy young is the worst she i will act like she wants to help but will proceed to do absolutely nothing unless you email her corporate office to tell her to do her job. not to mention while living there we had multiple break in attempts starting as soon as the first month so make sure you DO NOT rent from the A building when we had mentioned to ivy young that we had been broken into multiple times she asked us what building we lived in and when she was informed that we lived in the A building she told us that whole side of the complex had a problem with break ins and problem tenants so when we asked her what she could do sense it was not a safe place for us to live she told us that she can move us to a different unit and have us sign a new year long lease with a transfer fee and that she c

I lived here for 7 months and I wouldn’t live here again if I had ANY other option. The one positive is maintenance was always friendly and very quick to help with anything. The biggest issues are management, Ivy is entirely unresponsive. If you are lucky enough to ever see her during office hours she will act very understanding, put you at ease and then do nothing. Do you enjoy parking? Congrats you will never find parking, oh you have a pass for your own spot? Don’t worry someone else will park there at least a couple times every week. Trash is everywhere. People are moving out so often and for some reason everyone just dumps all their belongings outside the dumpster, you can tell by the amount of mold on all the furniture dumped outside that mold must be a massive issue in a lot of thes

If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter lives in these apartments and the management is completely unresponsive. The office manager, Ivy, never answers calls, ignores voicemails and text messages, and doesn’t even answer the office door when residents go in person. This has caused my daughter to miss out on important, time-sensitive matters more than once. For the amount of rent being charged — which is already ridiculously high — tenants deserve management that is at least reliable and responsive. Unfortunately, with Ivy running the office, that’s not the case here. If you’re considering moving in, be aware that getting help or answers from management is nearly impossible.

Renter beware! We lived in these apartments for less than a year. Upon moving in we walked into our mailbox being broken in to. We had homeless individuals starting fires right outside of our patio door. We were awoken on at least two occasions with someone trying to enter our apartment. Parking is ridiculous. The apartment itself has absolutely no storage and the foundation is sinking. We were not allowed to tour the apartment before moving in but needed cheap rent at the time so we went for it. You truly get what you pay for in these apartments. It cannot be compliant with building codes. The entire management team quit during our lease and the new staff is responsive to outreach however they do not actually follow through with resolutions. Upon the end of our lease we were offered a re
