Cedar Creek Apartments

I moved in December of 2020 3rd floor 3 bedroom. I moved out March 2024. The carpet was not new when I moved in it was so old that it had rolls from being stretched out, trim broken of counter, tile cracked in the bathroom. Appliances that were at least 20 years old. It was filthy when I moved in. I paid a professional to clean it and had the carpets professionally cleaned, even the carpet people said it was old. How is it that out of my $975 deposit i get $37.00 back. During the walk through Jillian the property manager said I would get my deposit back, also said they were replacing the blinds because a baby was moving in and can't have those types of blinds. The apartments are really nice. So much space in the 3 bedroom! All around good place to live, parking lot is a little tricky in the winter but that comes with the territory living in MN.

Horrible owners that will try to take every penny they can from you. Property manager is cool though.

Overall nice apartment complex. Not too noisy. Apartments are nice as well. Good size.

Security is not well maintained but the building is clean and the apartments are decent.
