Cedar Craft Apartments

I have family that resides there & until recently they had an appt with the AC barely keeping their unit @ 78* in the summer. Crazy uncomfortable! They finally went a repair guy & now it is nice in the unit! The units have old carpet, old appliances & in the front area that has stairs up to your front entry door there isn’t any Air or heat! It is smoking hot! It has a nice little landing area that could be used for an entry table or sitting area but it isn’t comfortable due to the temp yr round! They do have a nice pool & dog area. Dumpster is usually running over though.

Cedar craft Apartments is a fairly clean apartment complex. The location is in a fairly decent spot and grass around here seems to be well-maintained.

I've lived here over a year. There manager has been the same since day one and am issue I've had was fixed promptly. I've never seen any bugs, except spiders which is normal. The neighbors are great and love that the school it's right next door. A great small complex that's very kid friendly. For the amenities and location the rent price can't be beat. *edit* maintenance doesn't take good care of the property. I ended up having horrible mold issues and I had to move so my child could breathe. Now with the rent increasing everywhere I will say definitely not worth the price to live there.

I lived in 241. It was in the back of the addition close to the school. At the time my appointment was newly renovated on the inside also handicap accessible. It has a cozy fire place. I was there when they painted it the dark brown with the red doors. I had wonderful neighbors that probably still live there. I lived there for a total of two years, the first year I lived alone. I always felt save! It was a nice quiet area. There was no office or clubhouse here but they did have a pool. I only had one maintenance issue that was quickly taken care of! No complaints at all!

Pretty decent townhouse apartments. Quiet and close to downtown Broken Arrow. Slightly older building with interesting interior design but overall decent. Considering they are older buildings in a mostly commercial area I would recommend if your wanting to be in the heart of the newly booming rose district broken arrow and are on a budget for housing . I believe all the units are a townhouse style and only about 30 or 40 total in complex. Small pool and hardly any green areas but each townhouse has its own back patio with a small piece of backyard to call your own so that's cool!
