I am a commercial broker. In over 15 years of experience I have never experienced such poor service from top to bottom as I have from this office. I have worked very cordially and successfully with several CBRE offices in the past and trust me, they are nothing like this poorly managed and staffed debacle. The agent seemed to care about nothing other than closing the deal and was no help whatsoever in making that happen. I ended up dealing directly with his so called client. The first half of the commission payment took 6 months to arrive due to a comedy of errors on their part that would make you cry. The second half only took 3 months. Their technicians will run you over! Someone in a white work truck with this company tried to run me off the road while I was biking in Downtown Sacramento. Absolutely unacceptable. This was on 14th st at H st northbound on Jun 26th at 3:03 pm.

Feels like a scam to gather our personal company information. To start: When they showed up to do the initial viewing the guy was 15 minutes late and not the man who said he was coming. The person showing me had no answers and said he was just there to show it. The guy who I was dealing with at the Sacramento office was not very pleasant, very short with me, and kept insisting I submit our Corp financials to him asap because it is a hot property on a time limit (insert pushy sales closes here). Kept calling to see when we were going to submit our financials. Once we did, could'nt get them to call back with a accept or decline our application. Why are all these peoples dissatisfied with CBRE services, what is going on ?. I am looking into inquiring office space for rent with them, but I had to read all these negative reviews to check out other people rental experience because it's the norm thing to do if you considering having a business relationship with a company to see how well they treat people,. And the level of professionalism. We are decent, honest and have respect for professionalism. we treat others as we want to be treated regardless. We don't disregard or disrespect people because of their status on any level. And I am disturbed when others are being treated in such a way. Heath Kastner has to be one of the most unprofessional ... unresponsive... inadequate...etc... person that I've ever dealt with on a professional level. He doesn't return phone calls and barely returns emails. He kept me lingering for weeks in regards to leasing a small retail space that had been sitting vacant in Fairfield for months.
