Well appointed building, prime location, the missing star is due to the high cost of parking. Understandably expensive, but it does add up at $48 flat rate per entry. Many entries later you better have some serious or income producing business to deal with at or nearby to justify the expense. 6 feet 2 inches maximum parking height clearance.
Nice & clean office building in downtown LA.
Great building to work in office setups are really nice views from the higher floor are breathtaking
I had a bad experience with this company . I went through hell and high water to accommodate their requirements for liability insurance , which made my rates triple , in order to do some animal exclusion work but , i never received payment for the work we did. if you're going to do business with them make sure you get some money in advance . So, instead of making money on their project , it cost me .
