The property manager, Jennifer, and the people who answer phones and cover for her are unethical, heartless, rude, and unprofessional. Their priority is never losing a dollar, even going so far as to implement intimidation tactics to silence tenants—even when they are in direct violation of federal law and dying. My father, a disabled tenant, rented an ADA unit. Per federal law, when a unit is specifically designated as ADA-accessible, the onsite amenities within that unit must remain in working order to maintain ADA compliance. Jennifer stated that federal law does not apply to the Commonwealth of Kentucky. My father complained over five times about his dryer not drying properly. I have had the BEST experience with this property and with the management. After being left high and dry with my previous apartment about housing, I was able to apply, get approved, AND moved in all before my previous lease was up. I was able to tour the same day and once I was able to move in, Jennifer was a really big help with explaining the paperwork and making sure everything was complete and to my liking. I love living here because it’s very peaceful, it’s family oriented, and overall the community is beautiful. I’m so glad I followed what God said. I’d do it all over again because it was worth it.

I have lived with Cave Mill for over 2 years, and they have been a fantastic community. Their 1 bedroom apartments are spacious and well kept on move-in minus, maybe, small cosmetic imperfections. Their repair turnaround time is really quick (about 24-48 hours), and they are very courteous when inside your apartment. Their staff is professional and tries to keep you up to date on events and potential issues regularly. Overall, I have few complaints for this community. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to live in Bowling Green

Moved here all the way from Kentucky , got approved the same day while I was in Kentucky . Very fast process , the apartments are so beautiful inside and out I love everything about this place!! I was once enamored with this complex. As the song goes, "You've Lost that Loving Feelin'..." Residents love to complain with gross exaggeration, and the manager loves to jump on it. Residents are largely living off government compensation, so they are home all day, every day. I was grossly scolded, after a *clean record* of 4+ years, for having a mechanic fix my car in the parking lot. I freely admit, we went past the quiet time, as my mechanic wanted to finish up the job so I had essential transportation Don't fart after 10pm.
