Any maintenance issues were handled quickly and correctly, not brushed off or delayed. They were fair, respectful, and easy to work with throughout the entire rental. Move-in and move-out were smooth, expectations were clear, and there were no surprises — which says a lot in the rental world. It’s obvious they care about both their properties and the people living in them. I’d absolutely recommend Calvary Properties to anyone looking to rent or work with a reliable, honest management company.

Enger Lofts is such a wonderful place to live! With amenities like a bike wash station, gym access, tenant parking, in unit washer/dryer, it makes for a great apartment space for active young folks! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Duluth!
