Hello dear friends. I will give you some information about this apartment building. I live at 13 Capano Dr D6. About 1.5 to 2 months after moving in, I started having an infestation of various insects in my apartment, some of which I don't know the name of. I sent an email to the Cavalier apartment staff about this. They said they would help us with this issue and would fumigate our apartment. They said it would take about four weeks and that we would get rid of the problem. However, we haven't seen any progress regarding the insects. Do not recommend living here. Believe the reviews. Management gets paid to never even be in the office. Your maintenance request will just be left unattended because they can’t keep maintenance people. I was told all their maintenance workers quit. So instead of accommodating you, be prepared to have to pay out of pocket while they still expect you to pay your rent in full. Leasing agents will tell you different things depending on who you talk to. Management won’t ever get back to you because like I mentioned before they get paid to never be there or do their jobs. (1) Before I got the apartment, they told me the exact moving date. On that date, they told me to come back four days later so they could ensure everything was ready. I had to stay in a hotel, hoping that things would be ready so I could settle. (2) After I got my apartment (summer), the apartment was a mess, there were a lot of issues that needed to be fixed, the washer and the dryer did not work, the AC was only heat, the microwave was missing from the apartment, insects and spiders were everywhere, and the apartment was not clean at all! It took them one -two months to fix everything. (3) The piping system in these apartments is super old. Extremely frustrated with the maintenance service here. A simple maintenance request took almost two months to complete. There was little to no communication, and I had to follow up repeatedly with no clear timeline. For the rent we pay, this kind of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this apartment if timely maintenance is important to you.

Went three days without hot water in the shower. The first day they said nothing is wrong. The second day they “sent someone out” but nobody ever showed up. The third day they finally came and said relief the shower isn’t getting hot. It took three guys to swap out a shower cartridge. Then they used off brand parts and left the shower a mess. Overall this place sucks and is not worth $1500 a month for a one bed one bath.
