Cathedral Lakes Apartments

I applied on 02/26 and I was approved today 03/06. Erica was such a pleasure to work with, she was friendly, and kept me updated during the process of what was needed. I can’t wait to move in my new apartment thanks to her! ❤️

Grace is a doll! She did my tour on 1/9/26, she did amazing with showing me the apartment. I asked questions and she had answers! She made sure I was in the loop with application process. Here I am today a tenant 🥳🥳🥳 thank you Grace keep up the amazing work girl!!!!!

The management here is a joke, they have sucked since 2021. Hannah and Khorey were good but Hannah is gone and i was told Khourey isnt here anymore either. And for the Morgan group saying its previous management, no, its you too. You suck too. I brought my issue to the yet another new lady, Wednesday i think she said her name was Linda and no response what so ever. Ive emailed Jasmine and nothing from her either. I turned in my ESA documents with my lease renewal in November and im still being charged pet rent despite it being a violation of FHA laws. Place is full of pitbulls, i know they honor ESA documents. Im looking for a place further north with a yard, this place has just become intolerable since it became income based. I wish i listened to my old neighbor when he said to leave be

this is just gross, we now have mold in our ac vents. dog poop everywhere being bathed in the sun. almost every first of the month, website to pay rent crashes. they add unexpected fees every month. trash people seem to be on their own schedule. walls paper thin. loud parties that sometimes go past 11pm. parking is terrible. overall more bad than good. i pay way too much for all of this

i just want to say Erika was great during my move in process, the property is a nice area to stay in . i love my unit moving in was so smooth for me i really appreciate everyone who’ll helped with my application process 10/10 recommend im so happy to finally be a tenant !😀
