Catamaran Cove by Ashton Woods

As a new homeowner, I have nothing but good things to say about Ashton Woods. Their sales team are resourceful, patient and answered every question I had. During the closing, the project manager , Kyle, goes out of his way to ensure everything is ready. Overall, they provide excellent service and actually care about their customers. The quality of the home for a new build townhome was better than I expected. It’s truly a good canvas to customize. The location is right by I-95 and well within a healthy distance for work at the space center. Viera is down the road with access to multiple shops, restaurants, venues, etc. Overall, I have had a pleasant experience from Ashton Woods, their mortgage partners at Trailblazer and overall the team involved with in-depth knowledge of their builds.

Great builder , terrible community with cell towers , over priced , no gas community . And electrical lines everywhere. High risk of losing money on resale .

I think the prices for selling houses need to go down, specially in this job market.
