Catalina Crossing Apartments

We moved in about 4 years ago. From the jump, everything was seamless. The application process was smooth and straightforward, and when we walking into our new apartment, they had left us a small little “welcome home” basket that I thought was a nice touch. The community itself is quiet, you may hear some dogs bark from time to time but it’s mostly just residents crossing paths when taking their pet on a walk. Though we are close to the Oracle highway, it’s pretty quiet. After about 10PM the traffic is nearly gone, and then the moon lights up a pretty little oasis right in the middle of the complex. I’ve been here for 6 years. Molly is exceptional in the office and always prompt on maintenance. I have seen a couple of moths, never a single bug inside my home. The complex itself is well kept, the dog park was a wonderful addition, and resident functions are always great with many turning up and a great way to meet new neighbors. Only thing I’d ever change is asking for a security gate for the parking lot, other than that I hope to be here for 10 years! Wonderful complex, very clean, friendly and prompt staff. The gas grills at the pool are a wonderful attraction, and the pool is always sparkling clean! Molly also has wonderful landscapers who keep the property clean and trimmed up, and I love the choice of beautiful flowers around the complex!

Apartment complex smells like weed when you pull into it lately. Our own actual apartment itself often smells heavily of weed because of neighbors who are allowed to get away with breaking the rules of the lease. It’s been an ongoing issue for quite some time and we complained multiple times but no realistic solutions have been offered and the neighbors just continue to get away with it. Building is old so you hear everything and smell everything everyone else is doing. People don’t pick up after their dogs outside so complex also smells of pet waste. Loud neighbors all hours of the night above us. Feels like all management is giving up, tbh. Apartment living though 🤷🏻‍♀️

We scheduled an appointment for 1:30 pm. We waited for someone to tour us and nobody showed up even though the door was left open. Tenants came through complaining as well that no one was there to help them. I then got an email saying that I missed my appointment even though me and my husband were waiting in the office the entire time. Wasted my time coming up here. They could have at least canceled/rescheduled our appointment. Very disappointed.

This place is so beautiful!! Been here about 2 years, maintenance is fantastic, and fast, no bugs, nice dog park! Big laundry room, at a great price! The complex is gorgeous and well maintained, the office manager Molly is on top of maintaining a safe peaceful environment!! My family loves it here!
