We've been in our new house for a week and do not have enough good things to say about Castle Rock. John and Tom (and Chuck!) were amazing to work with. We had a slow start with permits out of Castle Rock's control but as soon as they could start they did and kept us up to date the entire time. The weekly emails from John were so appreciated as we felt like we had a handle on what was happening throughout the whole process. There were very few issues that came up but they let us know and explained our options and really helped us out along the way. We had tons of questions during the build and they took time to answer and talk through anything we needed. If we were to ever build a house again, we would absolutely just go back to Castle Rock. My fiancé and I just recently settled on a building lot in Northern Baltimore County. We are now under contract with Castle Rock to build a custom Benfield and we are VERY excited to get started. Our primary concern was the lot. We knew NOTHING about land. Only that we absolutely loved the lot :-).
