We especially appreciated the kindness and efficiency of the office staff, who consistently went above and beyond to assist us whenever needed. I feel that Castle Creek is overpriced for an apartment. I moved across the street to Autumn Woods for a 2 bedroom with washer & dryer & they have more amenities then Castle Creek & less money

Been a resident for a year and a half, the first winter was horrible. The apartment is very poorly insulated and makes your electricity bill sky rocket. Expressed my concerns with having the maintenance place plastic around the windows in the dining room and living room. Maintenance came and said the draft was due to an unlocked window. Very laughable. Tried to call again this winter to see if they could put plastic around them and was told they will not and I can put them up myself. My electric bill got up to $1600 last year plus the $2000 for monthly rent and asking for plastic to be put up was just way too much to ask for I guess. Every unit in my building complains about their electric bill. I don’t feel like I was asking for much at all, I actually rarely put in maintenance requests,
