Trash has been piling up behind this building for weeks!They have not moved the trash bins to the front for the garbage trucks to collect the trash is three weeks! Additionally no one answers the phones to get in contact with the office for issues such as this.

Wish I could give zero stars. This place is awful!! First of all, there is no Mail security at all. I have seen peoples mail torn up in the “mail room” daily. Also, the mailboxes don’t even lock so if you have something important coming to your apartment, I wish you the best of luck. Also, the landlord doesn’t even live in Cleveland area let alone OHIO!! They live in Pennsylvania and have never even seen the apartment. Also, good luck getting a parking spot close to your apartment. Most people I’ve heard park on Norfolk and cedar which is a open uncovered lot with no security. The 2 redeeming factors of this place are the in unit washer and dryer (hope you like a 600 sq 1 bedroom though), and the location with a high walkability score. Spend your money elsewhere! Mice in the apartment!!! My girlfriend lives in this building, and there’s a serious issue with the radiator—it’s off most of the time. Despite contacting the manager multiple times via email, phone, and in person, nothing has been done to resolve the issue. It’s extremely cold, and I wouldn’t recommend living in this building during the winter. Wish i could give ZERO star

I gave it 1 star because zero isn’t an option. This place is a nightmare. RUN
