Fast Appraisals

They aren’t kidding with the name fast appraisals! I called and they were able to get an appointment within a few days, and report about a week later! Other appraisal companies wouldn’t even return my call. I would recommend working with this company if you want a fast and reasonable appraisal of your home.

Was very pleased with the service. Was in need of an appraisal quickly due to unexpected deadlines and the staff went out of there way to accommodate. Appraisal was done the day after the appointment was made and have report in had a few days later. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided.

My brother passed without a will his trailer is in probate court ! I’ve paid $3,500.00 in lot rent for 7 months ! The court wants an appraisal at this time ! I called 8 appraisers and left messages one called me back and said he only does commercial ! I called Eastside Fast Appraisals The phone was answered , the next day I met an appraiser ! The court now has the information they need! So now we can sell the trailer and be finished with this !
