Marquee at Cedar Lee

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance professional in our building. He is truly amazing. He’s always on standby and you can regularly see him around the building with a friendly face and positive attitude. He greets everyone, knows the community, and honestly makes the building feel safer just by being present. Any issue I’ve ever brought to him, he handles as quickly as possible and genuinely does his absolute best to find a solution. You can tell he really cares about doing his job well and looking out for residents. I honestly hope he gets some well-deserved time off, because the dedication he shows does not go unnoticed. Our building is better because of him.

M6 husband and I have resided at the Marquee since May 2025. Alaijah Vaughn has been exceptional in her care and attention in helping us and in her daily work in making this a wonderful place to live. Alphonso keeps our building and unit in top shape. Our lobby is our front door and he keeps it very clean. I tell h8m he's the best in the game.

Alfonso is the best person they could've gotten to work here. He address all request in a very timely manner. He keeps the hallways clean and smelling good. He is so down to earth and friendly, its easy to converse with him. LOVE this building, best penthouse in the area.

I have been living here almost 7 months ans I have not had any complaints. Alaijah is very warm. The maintenance team does a great job...so far its been good.

Love living here. So much to do in the neighborhood, we still feel like we haven’t tried everything. Alaijah and Alfonso are kind and always eager to help. Highly recommend!
