Casitas on Catalina

This is one the coolest places I ever lived. I love everything about the design and layout of the casitas. Moving from Houston was a cultural shock, but moving to Casita Catalina has eased the move, and place where I can come to that makes me feel at home! Also one of the most passionate managers here is Martha . After 3 visits (lol) she was always patience with me each time and also with me making my decision.

Martha and Jasmine were awesome to work with. Super friendly, responsive, and made the whole move in process easy and stress free. They answered all our questions and made us feel really welcomed. We’re very happy at Casitas Catalina and grateful for how smooth everything was. The community is beautiful and we have amazing views of the mountains from our casita. Highly recommend!

I stopped by Casitas on Catalina to take a look at the apartments, and I was so impressed with the experience. The manager, Jasmine, was absolutely wonderful—warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel genuinely welcomed. The property itself looked well-maintained and inviting, and Jasmine’s hospitality really stood out. If you’re considering moving here, definitely stop by and talk to her. You’ll be in good hands!

Bad attitude from the lady showing the place. Could've been much more polite. We came from our car, my husband was vaping... She rudely said, there's no smoking on the premises, AT ALL. Everyone MUST have an ID to view the place. Brand new, pre-installed ring camera. (A bit suspiciousand unnerving IMHO) Everything is new but you're better off down the street at Bear Canyon apartments.

Once we resolved the way to correctly submit maintenance requests via the website, Ruben promptly and deftly addressed several maintenance issues. He was able to immediately increase the shower 's water pressure, replaced a low battery in the electronic door lock to prevent any lockout. He troubleshooted the Ring doorbell, determined it had not been linked to a power source. Resolution is pending from the company that installed this. He followed up with the plumbers and got a new faucet head to resolve the lack of water via the back yard faucet. He returned the next work day to install. Ruben quickly resolved a leak under the kitchen sink when my dishwasher was leaking via tubing that had loosened.
