I scheduled a tour for an available unit, i came 25 min earlier and waited. No one showed up. I lost my time. There is no one in the office and no one answers the calls.

Absolutely fell in love with these beautiful apartments! Love that it's a very centric area. It's near many locations, IE schools and shopping centers, as well as restaurants. GREAT customer service skills. Ms. Rosie was very helpful answing each question I had, and assisted me in my application process. Highly recommended.

After renting you're on your own. No maintenance, new apartment with lots of details. No matter how many times your report them and update them on increasing damage due to the things needing to be fixed no one does anything. Anything that needs to get done needs to be approved by corporate that owns this place and they don't care. Property manager is left without any ability to take action. I do not recommend this place, they might be new but with the issues it has and comes with you're better off somewhere older.

Casitas Lantana has everything one needs. Minutes away from everything and homes are beautifully built. Rosie is very knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly. I also like that they have family contests during the holidays and have special events. Great place to live and affordable.

Beautiful homes, great customer service! Rosie is always ready to help. Love that is has playgrounds for our little ones and nearby schools. My kids love it here.
