Tried to get a rental house through them. The woman on the phone was extremely put off ish and dismissive. Almost as if calling was a completely inconvenience on her day. Got the run around for almost 2 weeks for my girlfriend to be denied and when I called to find out how to co-sign she didn't answer any questions and just hung up on me. There's way to many realtors and property managers to deal with miserable people like this. If they act this way before you are paying them money then I cringe at the thought of how they will act after your under contract with them

The representative who answers the phone is extremely rude. She did not want to answer any questions and is extremely unfriendly. No wonders no one want to rent from them besides plenty of posts on Facebook rental group.

I was thinking about renting on of their homes in canyon, however, ever time I called they either didn’t answer or were extremely rude and would hang up as I was speaking. After looking at the reviews I will not be renting whatsoever from this company and would advise you not to either.

Do not rent from them proof is in the pictures no foundation possums living under the house black mold

My only complaint is no one ever answers the phone anymore, whether is just a general phone call or a maintenance phone call. Other than that we have been renting from Cashwell 2 years and never have had an issue.
