I love Cash Holdings! They are the only leasing company I have worked with and I truly have no complaints. Communicative and helpful property manager, excellent and prompt maintenance team, and everybody I have talked to has been helpful. All this while keeping fairly reasonable rent prices compared to other renting companies in Boone. The place I live in is definitely a little old and musty, but it is appropriate for the rent/fact we are in the mountains. From what I have seen, this is a company with good ethics and high standards of customer service. I have already recommended them to anybody who will listen.

I have lived in Boone for 6 years at this point and have dealt with my fair share of housing organizations (Winkler, App Management, etc) and Cash Holdings blows all of them out of the water by far!! From the way they handle any issues In our unit to the way every single person who works for them is amazing!! Also pet friendly! I truly could not have asked for a better housing organization to rent from in the High Country for the past 3 years. Thank you all for being awesome! Would give 6 stars if I could!

A wonderful company to go with for a first apartment experience in Boone! They're very hands on with maintenance requests and Teresa is just the best landlord in the high country. She's very timely and is always on top of any of the work to be done. I've never waited more than 3 days to get a maintenance request addressed. And Randall is the kindest maintenance fellow you'll ever meet. I am incredibly thankful that I found CashHoldings whie looking for a place to live in Boone. Definitely go with them if you find an open apartment/house of theirs!

Most kind, responsive, and safe property management company in Boone. If there is a problem, they will fix it as fast as they can. Been around the block with all the other landlords in the Boone area, you won't get better than Cash Holdings. And they let you have your fur babies without needing proof you're suffering from an incurable disease, true gems! Rachel, Randall, and Brock are just flat out awesome people. If they have property open, try to get your hands on it!

Had a broken stove, several broken stove tops, and a sinkhole developing in the driveway at the property I lived in for a year. Slumlords who fancy themselves a building company. The market for student rentals is extremely predatory in Boone. Theresa also insulted my family during a phone call with me, disrespectful.
