My husband & I moved from TX to Portland last summer and we were so thankful to have found Alex with Casco Bay Rental Properties! We wanted a beautiful historical apartment in the West End of Portland with high ceilings, exposed brick, views & tons of charm. Alex found us the perfect completely Furnished & Exceptionally Well Stocked home away from home within our price point!! Alex went Above & Beyond to get us into our amazing apartment within walking distance to Everything in Portland! We loved our apartment which included a stunning upstairs loft with a gorgeous ladder (which was a fabulous conversation piece) so when our daughters visited from out of state. We absolutely Loved our apartment and all the wonderful amenities to include a community Washer & Dryer, Large Storage, All bills

I've rented 2 apartments from Casco Bay Rental Properties in the last 6 years--Both have been very clean and well maintained! The property manager is super helpful and responsive--whenever issues have come up (typical apartment rental stuff, nothing major) it has been dealt with quickly and around my schedule, which I really appreciate! CBRP had brand new heating and air conditioners installed in my most recent property--Really looking forward to having AC this summer. Lots of crummy landlords in Portland but in my experience CBRP hasn't been one of them--I definitely recommend

We enjoyed a great summer in Portland from our Park Street rental. Alex was super helpful and responsive throughout the process. We rented the unit unseen and Alex went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We plan on returning next year and look forward to working with Alex and her team again.
