Rented from Deluxe Realty, I guess they changed their name. If you move out make sure your unit is PERFECT, they will charge you for anything they can. Even if the inspector does not mention it on the move out they WILL take it out of your security. Had I known the way they conduct business I would have easily waited another year to move to avoid them. It has been two and a half weeks since I agreed to the amount they were willing to give me out of my security and they have ignored all my emails and massages. Beware..

Deluxe is my landlord. I can honestly not say enough bad things about this unprofessional company. They never answer the phone or call you back. They don't care about maintenance issues. They constantly give the run around. Ever since I moved into my place it has been one thing after the other. BEWARE. If I knew then, what I know now I would have never signed my lease. Customer service is non existent. They don't care about their tenants. Greta is never in the office and when she is she doesn't resolve issues even though she's the one everyone says you need to talk to about maintenance issues. Also there are bugs all over the apartment that have been here since we moved in and we were told pest control is our responsibility, not their problem. stay away.

They are terrible at rentals. They lie about the condition of the apartment when you move in and then charge you to fix items like stain carpeting when you leave by keeping your deposit. They dont make it easy to get things fixed like a broken washer and dryer if you have a dog and work everyday. Not flexible in getting the apartment liveable once you move in even though they say they will.

They are the worst slumlords. The other reviews are correct. Property is in disrepair. They fix nothing and forget English if u have any issues. Thier property in pompano beach (2217 & 2219 Atlantic blvd) cater to druggies and is infested with homeless. The other reviews are correct. Run far from these people

Surprised by all the bad reviews...I rented for a year, my security deposit was returned and everything went well. The apartment wasn't the cleanest or up to date but overall not complaining.
