Casa Larga Apartments

I would rate this lower if I could. My brother has been living here for half a year or so and they not treating the MASSIVE roach infestation. He has been doing everything in his power to fix it but he isn’t the problem the complex is infested PLEASE steer clear of this crap hole. I thought he had a nice place but a few months after moving in he started getting them and it’s gotten massively worse. They are literally falling out of a crack in his ceiling from the apartment above and it’s disgusting. He is probably going to have to trash almost everything he owns because they keep pushing back treating his apartment and wanting to do “inspections” of it when it’s OBVIOUSLY infested he’s sent them photos. How hard is it to send someone to spray? Now the whole place absolutely needs fumigated

My boyfriend has been living here for a year now and he has been having a lot of issues with this apartment’s management and he’s had a roache infestation for the past couple of months and they haven’t answered him till now they just moved people in and are now trying to so called help him when it’s been months of work orders not being answered or dates being pushed back I know how clean of a person he is and he’s done everything in his power to fix the issue but it’s not him it’s the apartment’s management that can’t even help their tenants when they need it. There is also issues with the sink in his apartment as well as holes throughout the apartments trim. I have lived here for a year in the studio from the beginning I should have known what I was getting into multiple outlets didn’t work day one I’ve had homeless people camp outside my door for MONTHS and don’t get me started on the roach problem if you love having German roaches then be my guest I’ve contacted management many times over the last couple months about getting sprayed or even bombed since it’s so bad but they won’t respond or move dates back haven’t had anything done since June it’s now December it’s cheap and it shows

I was living here nicely one day.. All uninterrupted and neighbors that loved me and my dog but this rental manager Edith. She had gotten onto me bout my dog being a husky and too big even though he made little to no noise and went outside and was cleaned up after.. It was purely his husky breed but he was protected by the state..
