I love this place. Love the Mountain View and well kept property, the apartments are coded for the 21st century. The pool is a nice addition. And the staff makes it feel like a close community.

Just moved here from Port Royale down by the college. Luxury apartments. Expensive. This place is better! I really think I'm going to be happy here. Bought a wash/dryer, gonna buy an ice maker, & I am set. Not moving ever again!!! I love my new apartment!

Parking inadequate at times, sometimes noisy, smoking in buildings not monitored. Exterior doors not maintained and are heavy to get through.

That place is to strict on how to live, it is hard to get any mantance done. The restidance is always in your business, they complain if you decide to have a BarBQ outside weather it be Carol or burning wood. And it Don't have a pool. When you decide to move out, they do there in section to get you deposit back, don't expect it back especially if you lived there for more then a year, because they expect it to be brand new just like you never lived before.

It’s great but if you smoke you’ll have your smoke off the property, it’s a nonsmoking apartment
