Casa Del Rey

At first it was good and affordable..Until the last year. Ive been here for almost 3 years and i finally left when they raised rent and started putting additional charges and had to change companies. Living on the second floor was fairly dangerous due to homelessness. I did love how i was close to all the stores. My visitors hardly had any parking. Shoutout to the previous Maintenance guy who always kept everything nice and tidy!!

I've been a tenant at casa del Rey apartments 700 E. Prosperity Tulare Ca. for 2 years now and it has fallen apart since starock company bought it in January of 2025. Story time on New Year's Eve 2025 I got attacked by a homeless guys dog next to my parking spot on the property. I had to go to the emergency room and get a tetanus shot and what not. I made a police report and had all my paperwork ready. They were supposed to contact me that Friday, never did I have called I have left messages and they will not respond to anything from me. So if I could leave zero stars I would've. This place is absolute trash. They don't care about their tenants at all. And they make us pay to light their parking lot, and the landscaping that looks like complete shit. Don't ever move here. I have to wait t

My experience when I first moved in was good,, the maintenance supervisor had everything on check, he kept the facility clean and he was on calll 24/7 if there was an emergency inside or outside of the apartment,, everything started to go bad when the complex was sold to another company but kept the name,, new management and maintenance and prices when high and now having to pay for extra utilities like gardening, sewer, water,, as if I had a yard ( I lived in second floor), Think twice about wanting and needed to move in…

First and foremost, the management (Alyssa) was incredibly responsive and attentive to any concerns or requests I had! She promptly addressed maintenance issues, ensuring that repairs were repaired swiftly and efficiently. The professionalism and commitment to resident satisfaction were evident in every interaction. For first time living, I recommend it. The neighbors are always polite and nice, no complaints whatsoever!

When we moved into the apartment in 2019 it was fully renovated with new floors freshly painted. We have had no issue love that its so close to everything. Only downside is the loud cars that pass and rev their engines with their stupid exhausts other than that we love it here
