Carrollwood Apartments

I’ve been here almost 5 years beautiful apartment complex and the manager Jordan. She go over the top and beyond to help you through anything you need help with she Family orient. Whenever you need anything, she’s always there for you if you need anything fix the maintenance man. He’s always here on time. You never had to wait for nothing. They both work good together and very enjoyable. She always walk around with a smile on her face.

Our First apt in the state of Georgia, hailing all the way from New York. Jordan is a great property manager and Cory is a great maintenance guy. They truly care about their renters. Thank you.!

This is my second time living here , once when I was a kid and now , I can honestly say I am not disappointed. I actually stay in the exact same unit , the leasing office is amazing and maintenance comes within a timely manner .

I've been here for 3 going on 4 years now and have seen so much good, but I've also seen some bad. The updates to the apartments that are listed are nice, but it's not all apartments. I was confused as to why I had new appliances when I moved in but not new cabinets. My neighbor has the original appliances from when the complex was built. Don't think you're apartment will look like the pictures. I also don't have washer/dryer hookup, but that was listed too in addition to the ceiling fans, dishwasher, etc - none of which I have. The laundry facility is disgusting. Some of the windows are not sealed well at all, and only some of the blinds aren't cracked or broken. I was told that only these things like the blinds or old cabinets will be changed out when necessary...yet the price keeps goin

Jordan the apartments manager is by far the kindest, most sincere and understanding manager/woman I've meet in years, shes family oriented She is very pleasant and respectful towards others and I would hate it if she ever left as manager over the apartments.
