Carrollton Walk Apartments

The management is horrible to think someone would pay 800.00 for a door she's all about collecting government funds the section 8 tenants have destroyed the place it needs to be cleaned I went into the office she's sitting there not doing nothing lied gave 3 different prices for the door 800,127,and now coming up with fees lol

My Daughter rented here for her second year in college. She had three roommates, which she didn’t know. Before moving in she had requested that her and her friend be able to be roommates but move on day we were told that her friend would be in the apartment above her. Then during walk thru there was so much wrong with this apartment. Very old dingy carpet, walls not painted properly, ceiling in bathroom was in very bad condition, kitchen looked horrible. Overall, this place is a dump! My Daughter only stayed there for about one month and then her Dad passed away and she did not want to stay there. She needed family. When she moved her things out after lease was finished, they charged her for carpet replacement, paint and cleaning. Pretty much they got free carpet and pain from my Daughter!

Wow I just got done delivering a door dash order to a customer in this apartment complex and saw someone on the Second floor of the B building using a grill with a fire lit. When I use to live here in the lease it literally stated that we weren’t allowed to use those type of grills on the balcony. I guess the rules only apply to some. If that building catches on fire their gonna be in a whole lot of trouble!

If I could give zero stars I would but these good reviews are CAP! Current resident at this place and if you have any type of self respect for yourself, do not move here. Literally majority of tenants sublease at this place because its THAT awful. The apartments are so run down that I would literally consider this SECTION 8 housing!!! Your unit will look nothing like the tour. Also RATS, GNATS, loud neighbors you name it! It's all here at Brumbelow. Counting down the days until my lease is up! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The only good thing about this place is Marvin, the ONLY maintenance man. He completes work orders usually same day and he's cool as heck. Management here is literally dreadful and yes even the new management. Do not move here I can't stress it enough. ITS CHEAP FOR A REASON! RUN

I would never have signed my lease had I known how poor living conditions were. The walls are so thin you can hear a pin drop. You can even hear conversations your neighbors are having at times. Since you’re right next to a busy road, you hear cars go buy all day and night. WiFi is nothing to brag about, but at least it works unlike their maintenance crew. I had a broken window for over three months before they even acknowledged that it was broken. I had put in multiple requests and all they would do is replace the screen. Management even told me that I was lying about the window being broken at one point. Do not recommend. It’s dirt cheap for a reason.
