Carrington Place Apartments

We’ve loved living at Carrington the last few years. Management & maintenance are always responsive and friendly. When we needed to upgrade for our growing family, we moved within the complex because we love the area & found it to be the best deal on rent. We also love the ward we are assigned to in this area. I’ve recommended Carrington to friends and family.

I have lived in these apartments since the summer of 2021 and it has been great! When I first moved in, it needed to be quick because of a divorce and I didn't have a place to go. They worked with me fast and efficiently. Other places had LONG wait lists and the rent was more expensive. I am happy that I was able to move in here and I haven't had any issues since. Management is great! Ike knows everyone by name, and their dogs name. My dog loves him! Anytime I need maintenance or had a concern it was addressed quickly with clear communication, and the staff is very sweet and knows my pets name as well. Some of the appliances are outdated, but they still work and do what they need to do. I feel very safe here and have never had any scary moments. It's also nice that it is right by the freew

I’ve been a resident at Carrington Place for a few years now. The management is always friendly and easy to communicate with. Whether it’s a text, email or just stopping by the office, Ike always makes time to answer my questions and promptly schedules any repairs that are needed. The walks, stairs and grounds are kept in excellent condition year round. Armando does a very thorough job. Despite the significant number of dogs living in the complex things remain clean and considerably quiet. This has been a great place to live, thanks!

I've lived at this apartment complex at 2 different times in my life. The first time was from 2008 to 2012, before my now ex husband and I bought our house. During that time, we never had any issues. All maintenance issues were handled promptly and efficiently, and the manager at the time was amazing. Soon after my divorce in 2021, when I was looking for apartments, I kept coming back in my searches to Carrington Place. When I found out the same manager was still there, that made my decision. She worked with me to get my application through quickly and I was able to move in after only a couple months wait. I've been here ever since and plan on renewing my lease again for another year. The current manager is exceptional and it always amazes me that he remembers the names of most of the pets

I have lived in Carrington place since 2014! My husband and I were in a 2 bedroom. My husband unfortunately passed away in 2021 and the manger at the worked with me and I was apple to move into a 1 bedroom within a month! Ike the manager now is awesome! He is super nice and knows you by name! You can’t beat the rent on the older side where I am! Apartment a little dated but everything works and I’m very happy there! Any maintenance work is usually taken care of quickly.. except over the weekend…. I had a smoke detector going out over a weekend that would blare 3 loud annoying beeps every 20 seconds!!!! I eventually had to to shut the power off to half the apartment so I could be there! It was fixed first thing the next Monday morning! No plans on leaving anytime soon!
