Management is friendly and helpful. Did not appreciate the 'safety' inspection 2 weeks after I moved in, seemed that could've been done prior. I believe it was more of a look around than anything else as they ask you to fill out a sheet of maintenance items, but 2 months later they have not been addressed. Got a note on my door (as did all other tenants) about not smoking weed in the units but took 3 days to clear the ice out of the parking lots. I slipped and fell and hurt my knee, wonder if they will be picking up the tab for that? The common areas are kept clean and noise level is relatively quiet despite paper thin walls and floors. We lived in the 1505 building, on the upper level, for a couple of years and it was overall a pleasant experience. Parking was never an issue. There's plenty of parking spaces and they are unassigned (thank god). Felix as an phenomenal manager would be an understatement. He addressed our concerns/issues in a timely fashion, which was a plus! Communication played a big part when we lived here and Felix was always there to solve issues and answer questions. Aside from management, we had no complaints when it came to maintenance. Whenever we did come across a few minor things and reported it, it was fixed within 24-48 hours. Absolutely awful business dealings. I called to clarify my rent after my lease renewal and was told a number about 4 months before I put in my 2 month move out notice. I then received a letter 2 weeks later saying that I owed money for a rent increase from 4 months back that I was not informed about. They then told me that even though I put in their required "2 month" notice that since I put it in October that if they didn't find someone that I couldn't move out until March because they have a 4 month period where Month to month leasers can't move out. So because of their admitted "miscommunication" they still expect me to pay the 4 month backpay, an 100 dollar increased rent, and stay there for another 6 months. This place is an absolute dump considering the nice location and the over-priced rent ($980/mo. 2 bdr). 8 outlets not working properly or loose (meaning you plug something in and the plug falls out) and both bedroom doors warped and will not close. Found this out when we moved in 2 months ago and though "maintenance" measured the doors 7 weeks ago, they still have yet to do any work. Management including the property firm ignores constant requests and does not return phone calls. The grounds are moderate at best, but the pool is okay. Do not move here!!!

Children here seem to think that the stairs and hallway are a wonderful place to scream and play. Anything we have plugged in falls out of the electrical outlets constantly. If you need any repairs, expect it to take forever and then be disappointed with the results. The walls are paper thin, and the doors to enter the building don't have locks, in case you wanted to feel safe. The lights in our particular unit constantly flicker, dimming in and out. We'll turn the microwave on and suddenly it will get really dark in the kitchen. Management has sent two different electricians who say nothing looks wrong with the wiring. We've been told "that's weird" and "maybe you brought a ghost here!" Also been told that it's our fault for having too many things plugged in...even though this has been ha
