Travel nurse. Stayed in a 2 bedroom for 3 months on contract and loved the place. Kitchen had everything i could possibly need. Place was modern and clean. Park next door was great for taking my dog on walks. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The heated garage made a wonderful difference in my life. Landlord was very quick to respond to any issues. Would recommend!

I have been a travel nurse for the last 4 years and this place has by far been the best! The beautiful units are clean and maintained, well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Not only are the units great but the staff is as well. Property manager, Kevin, was excellent with communication every step of the way from application start through move out day. Maintenance team was very friendly and prompt with any requests I had, they are always on property throughout the day so they were easily accessible. I wish every town had a carousel properties that I could stay at! Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, safe, well maintained property for their stay in the Fort Collins area!

This is a great place to live if you are in Fort Collins for an extended period of time for work or real estate. These people do an outstanding job of maintaining this property. Everything you may need is in your condominium. The property is very well maintained. Kevin, the property manager is such a nice person, who is very generous with his time. He has been a great help to me in the moving process. I highly recommend this property group.

This is by far the best short term/long term property I've ever stayed at. Being in the property management business myself I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly and Carousel Properties is nothing but beyond good. Well managed, excellent communication and just plain easy! Kevin and Jim work hard to keep it that way. Being out of state for my job I needed a short term place till I got regrounded back in Ft Collins. This place was the perfect setup and easy. Beautifully fully furnished, well maintained and super clean with everything you need to live life with all the amenities one would need. Some bonuses were your own garage space, washer and dryer and all utilities included. Thank you Kevin for offering my family such a great place for a fair price!

While house-hunting during our first four months in Fort Collins, my wife and I stayed in a very comfortable, well-designed and exceptionally well-furnished and -equipped two-bedroom unit here. The grounds are lovingly maintained, the neighborhood is beautiful, and several restaurants and a supermarket are a few-minutes walk away. The owners and staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. This is, in short, a five-star accommodation; if we could give it six stars, we would!
