I was sorry to hear that Bill Chambless passed away last year and the company is under new management by Ric Francis. Ric is a wonderful person and highly known in the community for helping dozens of non-profits and the CC Boys and Girls Club. He also sells residential homes.
margot and bill are literal slumlords who refused to remake in repairs to properties and rent to mostly crackheads and crack dealers. Any property that you buy or rent from them will be surrounded by some of the worst neighbors you will ever meet in your life
I've heard nothing but great things about Carolinas Commercial Realty from my colleague Martin Mongiello. Keep up the good work and hopefully one day I can visit and learn more about the work you do for the community.
