Angela in the front office is amaaaazing! She made me feel welcomed and appreciated. She treated me with dignity and respect and not just another “tenant”. I had to move very quickly and never even toured the property. Crazy! But I’m glad I made the choice. The apartment was better than I expected and I’m very satisfied with the remodeling they are doing. A diamond in the rough - a true hidden gem in Shelby!

I’d like to thank Angela, the new property manager. She’s doing an amazing job, there’s already been so many improvements. She’s open about the past of this specific property, is always helpful & has made me feel safe in my decision of where I’ll be staying! Maintenance is always on top of everything, props to those two as well. Wasn’t too sure about this property before, but after meeting everyone and seeing how organized it is, I’m happy to be called a neighbor. ☺️

The Pointe on Lafayette's local and regional management's communication regarding mandatory maintenance has been deficient. The first and only notification of required participation in pest control services, scheduled for tomorrow, September 12, 2025, was received today, at 8:06 pm the day prior. Although the proactive measures are appreciated, the lack of specific information, such as timeframes, hinders residents' ability to adequately prepare for compliance. Providing less than 12 hours' notice, the night before the scheduled service, is an unreasonable and impractical approach for informing residents about non-optional maintenance, especially given the typically optional nature of monthly services. After taking a tour of the apartment complex. Ms Angela greeted me with a warm smile which made me feel very comfortable. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. She answered every question I had. Her professionalism is top notch. The property grounds are kept and clean. The atmosphere there was very warm and inviting.

Angela is extremely professional and has made the moving in process so smooth and easy. I knew a little bit about the property’s past and was a little nervous, but I’m very pleasantly surprised with how many good changes have been made already. She’s very passionate about making sure everyone feels comfortable and welcome here, and exceeds at doing so. I’m very happy to be a resident at this complex because the management and maintenance is on their A game! Edit: Do not live here, they do not care about your well being. Mold and other issues in the apartment and they brushed it off like it was nothing.
