Cory was truly the ideal agent for us. He was a pleasure to work with, and I can honestly say we have never had a better experience. We were fortunate to have him represent us. His knowledge of the area we were interested in was exceptional, and he was careful to remain within the price range we were looking for. I do not recommend this company tim has been a total disaster in every way left us with a broken down heater for two months in 9 degrees weather, my girlfriend fell on the front step that had no railing and tim could care less about it plus he said before we moved in the rental that we would sign for six months with a section where we could get out after month to month because we were buying a house that didn't happen after we moved all our stuff in he changed the lease, which cost us $1700 because we moved out after 5 months, their is so much more tim did to make our life miserable but i will leave it here, his son Cory is nothing like his father tim, cory is a stand up guy and a good realtor but tim is messing things up greedy tim

I want to start out by saying I have NEVER left a review of any kind in my life but the Carolina Trace Gated Properties is a definite exception. I will say that the sincerity that was expressed in the beginning of our relationship seemed genuine, key word seemed. With the rental of my house that they managed and the ultimate sale of that house I can honestly and equivocally exclaim that it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my 65 years. If and when they would communicate it was on average 95% or greater by text. I reached out to them on more occasions than I can count with dismal success and with much frustration. I have never dealt with such incompetence and unprofessionalism. First off, they outsource their answering service to people who do not speak English proficiently. Secondly, I’ve been inquiring about a rental home for the past 3 months, and no one has responded. I’m an urban planner and my husband is a rank of 0-5. This company disservices the military, and in general, potential renters.
