Carolina Pines Apartments

Very nice, clean, large apartments in a very quiet, peaceful area close to shopping and services, They have an awesome manager, Ken, who cares about the property, and it shows. The property has great Amenities such as a Pool with gas grills for tenants to use free of charge, a nice club house available for parties, a pool table, fitness center, and garbage pickup is included in your rent.

We stayed at Carolina Pines for a year and had no complaints. Kenny is an awesome property manager who was always ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment we rented was spacious, had new updates, and was in great condition. Our kids loved the pool as well.

This place is home for so many that felt lost. Mr.Kenny is the best landlord he helped me correct what was wrong to get a place to stay and his maintenance. Man wow this guy goes above and beyond him and Mr.kenny is a team that can't be beat they always on time if something wrong and always treat like we part of their own family dont judge but get the work done. Love where I live and the piece of mind it gives.

This is by far the best apartments around. The apartment manager is very professional. They have a new staff including a new maintenance man who is very quick to fix any problem that arises. They have people qualified in HVAC and also exterminators to fix any other issues. You won't beat their prices. And the southern hospitality makes you feel right at home. Ken is very easy to get along with, he works hard to get you in the apartment suited for you and your family. If you have any kind of issue it's handled the same day. Located in beautiful historic Conway. Close to all kinds of places to eat and shop They are constantly working on the property to make it better than before.
