Carolina and Sam were an amazing team, we are so glad we chose them to help us sell our home. From the beginning they were attentive/helpful and very knowledgeable about market trends in our area. They were willing to "get their hands dirty" and literally came over and helped us set up our home for the professional pictures and open house, they even added the value of a drone to create wow factor on our property pictures/listing. Our home was sold within 7 days of listing for over the asking amount and the closing process was seamless. As well as this we purchased our new home with them, they never said no to showing us a house and had extremely flexible schedules. Their hard work got us in the door of new properties asap, we found our dream home and they helped us get our offer accepted.

Sam And Carolina were great to work with. They presented all of our options to us and helped us make decisions. They assisted us to fill out the mounds of paperwork and kept in communication with us beautifully.
