Management friendly maint great. There are a few downfalls.. Things are slow to get fixed we have been waiting since last December to get weather stripping, these are old apts the glass is thinvyou can hear people outside talking. They offer no ammentys although meme and Jim do their best to keep it running. Water is included..trying to get new a.c. unit like pulling teeth. We have been by passed 2 years now for a new unit. My score drops from a 5 down to a 3
