I was looking for a 1 bedroom apartment and I found this place which I now call home, all thanks to Roberta Russo. I can’t stress enough how at home I feel everyday, my neighbors are a delight, the parking is perfect, extremely accessible and near everywhere, and the apartments are just spotless with a great layout. But besides all this, when I encounter financial difficulties the administration was there, and by that I mean Roberta, she will go above and beyond for you, help you solve everything with the most professional kindness ever. Apartments are clean, spacious, and in such a convenient spot—close to shopping, the T station, Revere Beach, the airport, and downtown Boston. It’s great for both drivers and commuters. The neighborhood is diverse, with friendly neighbors, and the free parking is a huge plus. New laundry room, mailroom, and package lockers. The management here is fantastic, and Roberta is amazing—always super helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend living here!

I've been living here for four years, and I'm grateful for the welcoming energy Jesse and Nancy brings. Roberta's understanding nature has also made a difference. The facility promptly addresses issues, keeps everything clean, and the common area is charming. I appreciate the convenience of card payments in the laundry room and love the lively summer atmosphere with kids in the pool and kind people in the yard. The mailroom is a personal favorite. Overall, it's been a positive experience:)
