Carlton Oaks

Obnoxious resident who plays keyboard way too loud and sings at the top of his lungs. You can hear it blasting through the walls. Management does not care at all and refuses to do anything about it. They don’t care about you here, stay far far away. Look at how many 1 star reviews this dump has, it’s for a good reason!

We stayed here with our family for two months this Summer. There are many good things about this complex: Paula the manager was awesome. She is accommodating and helpful. Our apartment on the 3rd floor was clean and convenient. The pool, the location next to Walmart and the main road are nice features. The neighbors were good as well. The only thing that the property owners could improve is to get rid of the smoke smell in the first floor hallway's entry. Other floors don't have this issue. Overall a good place, and special thanks to Paula!

Stayed here for a couple years between 2022 and 2024, only have good words to say about the location, peace and quiet, management and maintenance staff. Parking space is plentiful, along with ample space for visitors and they clean it regularly during winters. Office communication is always prompt and complete, never had any issues there. The summer pool is quite fun, and they had an icecream truck come in once or twice- might be worth increasing the frequncy of that. They have also turned into a non-smoking community since Jan 24' but havent enforced it yet as it is a 'rolling change' - dont quite get it but okay. My apartment never had any utilities issues, and when there were minor things that came up Carlos was on his toes fixing everything at the first go. Leah and Paula from the offi

Leah Burke is a wonderful and concern Manager. Who does a wonderful job is our community. Also she is a concern responsible and qualified Manager that can handle and response to any situation that given to her. Leah also gives her 100% at any issue that comes up and resolves the problem. Our maintenance person Carlos I cannot say enough about him. We relay on Carlos to resolve issues in our community. He is well knowledge, responsible person commitment to Carlton Oaks and to the people who live here. Mike Montecalvo

Very happy with my decision to move to Carlton Oaks! The property manager Paula was extremely helpful, and Carlos the maintenance supervisor is quick to respond to any issues. The property itself property is very quiet and in a great location
