Caro Tuscan Village

The maintenance team at Tuscan Caro is fantastic. They're always very friendly and respond extremely quickly to work orders. I called about my ice machine today and they had it fixed within 30 minutes.

My family and I went to a condo, and the staff at the front office had a sign saying they would be back at 10:30. We waited for them to return, but when they did, they walked right past us without greeting or acknowledging our presence. They didn’t ask a single question and acted as if we weren’t even there. It made me wonder—do I not belong here? Am I not wealthy enough to be welcomed? In the end, my family and I waited for nearly two hours without a single word from them. Just silence and indifference.

My daughter and I absolutely LOVE living here! The apartment is beautiful! Everything is a neutral color which allows us to decorate with ease. The amenities are top-notch. We enjoy the pool in the summer, the fire pit on the roof top lounge in the fall, and the well-equipped gym year round.. We have a small dog who loves the onsite dog park and grooming facility. I had to call maintenance for an issue with my dryer and the problem was addressed right away. The staff in the office do a great job communicating with tenants and are always so responsive and pleasant. Such a positive vibe coming home from work and seeing the beautiful stores and buildings all lit up. Great place to walk and meet up with friends. I can't say enough! You just have to see for yourself!

We lived at the Caro building for almost a year and enjoyed our time there very much. The amenities were great, especially the pool table but the best part of being there was the staff. The few times we had a problem, Tom and Tom2 were right there within a few minutes. The office staff were always there to help. Nicole with her smile and knowledge were always a pleasure. I have to say though that Corey was the rock that in my opinion held it all together. If we hadn’t found the condo of our dreams, we definitely would have stayed another year. So in closing, I would recommend living here as it’s not just a place to live but a place to meet and make friends.

Caro Tuscan Village has completely exceeded my expectations. The apartments are stunning—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes and plenty of natural light.
