I can't stress enough how grateful we are to have found Tom. We had a different mortgage person at the start of this process but they were not proactive enough with the rapidly rising interest rates. We needed to move fast and after a short conversation with Tom we were off and running and he took such great care of us. Our loan closed as expected, with a rate better than any other rate we could find. Could not be more pleased with him, his entire team, and how seamless this process was from start to finish. So happy we found him!!

Transparency! This was the 1st thing I experienced while dealing with Deb Bodnar. She was very thorough and professional while explaining the whole lending process and running through the numbers.
