Great apartments! Unique building. 90 units and all of them are different. Courtyard with heated pool and BBQ is phenomenal! Great sunlight. Nice community garden. Open Air. Professional community for up-and-comers 25-45. Onsite manager is awesome and responsive.

I knew when I first saw apartment 117 that I had to live there. It had a 12-foot walk-in closet, another massive storage space, coat closet and plenty of living space for me and my precious fur baby. This complex attracted my eye right away as it's not like other buildings, a rectangular box, but interesting at every angle also creating private living spaces. Each unit is different from the other and the building is maintained with love, not only by the spectacular on-site manager, but by its residents. I have the fondest memories spending weekends by the pool with neighbors and friends, lots of kind dog parents and professionals to share the gorgeous southern California days and to watch out for one another. We are out-of-state parents/grandparents who LOVE to visit. The crystal clear pool is the center attraction, along with a great BBQ area. Why would you want to live anywhere else? At night, all the interior balconies are lite up with beautiful twinkle lights and the feeling is magical. We enjoy sipping a glass of wine and taking it all in. Definitely a hidden gem.

This complex is amazing and very affordable within the trendy, sought-after Brentwood area. It's a safe and prime location that's walking distance from San Vicente shops and food, great for young professionals, and includes friendly, responsive management. The building is kept in a superb condition and the secure underground parking garage is a huge plus. The middle of the complex has a nice courtyard with a pool and BBQ section as well.

I have lived here since 2014 and am grateful to have found such a conveniently located, architecturally interesting, quiet, smoke free building with a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a pool and an adjacent deck with a gas grill and tables with umbrellas. My particular apartment on the third (top) floor has a loft, den , gas fireplace, dishwasher, and one and a half baths. My unit is especially quiet because of being on the third floor and set back from the pool area, but tenants abide by the quiet hours rules (10pm to 7am). The building also has property managers who live on site and the current manager has been especially helpful. There are two levels of secure parking for cars.
