Nadia has been very helpful in responding to a recent complaint with a high degree of professionalism in a prompt manner. She has been very helpful in the past as well. I’m fortunate to be able to reach out with a variety of questions and get answers since I’m not an on-site homeowner.

Being in Real estate for 30+ years I have dealt with plenty of HOA "people." I have never, ever had the pleasure of dealing with anyone like Sheri. Sheri quickly responds to all emails, phone calls and voicemails. She is knowledgeable, professional and diligent in her work. I am trying to get a few other buildings I own units in to switch over to Cardinal...........Sheri. She is truly a blessing to have on our team.

I have been with Cardinal for over 10+ years. They are always professional and responsive to a home owner's needs. Nadia and Alania are experienced property managers, adept at managing home owners associations, and find quality tenants fast. They have a great staff and can manage any issue or provide quality referrals to fix the problems at hand. I will be staying with CREG for a long long time!

This company does not answer their phones during business hours or return voice messages. Very unhappy that our HOA uses them to manage our building. I wish we were still with Beven and Brock. At least a human will answer the phone and at the very least try and get you to the correct person. If I could rate this company a zero, I would.

I've called them for years and they never return my call once I signed the lease and I'm a current Tennant still. I was only told that if the fridge broke that they wouldn't do anything to fix that. However my dishwasher is damaged, my garage slider melted last summer, & now the water heater is leaking & damaged. I can't can't get them to get on the phone. Any suggestions?!
