Gladstone Ridge Apartments

I am completely astonished by the help I’ve been receiving from the manager at this property. Bridgette is outgoing , & so kind & generous she relates to you on a personal level . She answered all of my questions and trust me I had a lot , she was respectful & patient . It’s refreshing to have a property manager that’s not only kind and efficient but organizing and approachable . She is responsible , knowledgeable and proactive . If you are respectful and have human decency she will reciprocate that energy . A very rude resident came in before my tour started and she was still respectful and attentive & she didn’t deserve the way the lady was speaking to her . Thankyou Bridgette for all your hard work we need more people like you in the world.

Lived here a week and so far it’s been good. Place is definitely a little older and little things in my unit could have been touched up and cleaned better upon arrival. The walking areas are nice and clean but the laundry rooms can use an upgrade. Overall it’s a solid place for the price in a good area.

Had such a great experience I had to write a review. Looking for your next home can be overwhelming and stressful but when you get to work with a property manager like Bridgette things become a little easier. From the beginning, Bridgette was personable, friendly, and professional. She answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. I loved that she followed up when she said she would and each time we spoke she had positive energy. I was thoroughly impressed with her customer service

Funny that on Google there’s a bunch of good reviews but yelp has the real reviews !! Bridgette is taken most of the bad ones down because her residents are calling her out ! Not a good fit for a manager what so ever . Tows your car , sends back your packages , loves to give out 3 day notices, won’t explain what the lease means , will ignore your emails if you’re not speaking nicely to her , she prefers her residents to call the police department to deal with issues with neighbors .

I love the apartments and Bridgette Viramontes the Manager and Dana Mcginnis, our maintenance amigo just make it a lot better. They are always ready to help when you need them. They are both awesome and make you feel good and wanting to stay there. Thank you so much.
