Crestwood Communities

I am a single mother who works very hard to make a life for my children. This builder has lied, and manipulated $8000 of my money and they are refusing to return it even though they could not deliver what was promised. They will not take responsibility but trying to place blame on the potential home buyer. If I have to take this matter to social media on all levels that is what I will do. So unprofessional. Who takes money from a hard-working single mother, and refuses to take responsibility for their wrong doings ? Adam's Grove Property on Cactus in Rialto California. Disgusting , the way I was treated. Very bad for business

The sales people will stretch the truth to any length to have you purchase a home. Once, you’re under contract you become an after thought until closing. Then they will pretend to care, patch-up (literally) whatever is not installed properly and move on to their next victim, I mean buyer. Crestwood communities are very, very poorly designed. They maximize their profits by putting as many houses as they can in a community at the expense of the future residents. Then join the board to implement rules and regulations liking towing, they don’t have to live with. They’ll give you a “fake map” showing adequate parking and facilities that are non-existent once the community is complete. Please be warned and ask for the actual plans they are required to give the city! DO NOT TAKE THE WORD OF T

From the moment I stepped into the sales office I was treated with respect. The homes were absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this builder. As a first time homebuyer they helped me every step of the way and made the purchase enjoyable.

Unprofessional and dishonest. In Adam's Grove Rialto, the final layout looked nothing like what was shown/promised before the homes were built. Crestwood decided to cut corners for profit at the expense of the safety and living environment of the community.

My family member lives here and they’ve had a pleasant experience. It’s a shame others have had bad experiences. Beautiful community and amenities.
