Office staff is polite and cheerful. Each year at our annual meeting Cardinal Point gets applause from board and most of it's members. I have been with Cardinal Point Management for several years now and they are the best. We live in Florida and when something goes wrong they are there and know who to call for repairs. They know the market and get the best rent possible. Also they do complete background checks on all tenants which translates into tenants that pay on time. Previously I was managing the property myself; cardinal Property has saved me many headaches and their fees are fair and reasonable.

We rented a house through CPPM at the end of last year and we have been very happy with our decision and their excellent service. We moved into the property and provided a checklist of our concerns, which they prioritized and resolved to meet our expectations. The background check process is very thorough, but I view that as a positive to make sure that prospective tenants are a good fit to maintain the property and respect the character of the neighborhood.
