Alex Portillo came by to do some maintenance in my apartment after we submitted a service ticket and did a phenomenal job. He has handled every maintenance service we’ve had in our time here with professionalism and with respect to the household. I will always request for him to be sent out for any future maintenance needs.

Alexander Portillo ,came on time to my apartment to fix a couple things that we need it , his services were very helpful and professional also he es a very organized person and that is very important for me , because he came to work and let everything clean and fixed .

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The building manager will duck your calls, no matter how many times you follow up. Maintenance will take forever, regardless of the lease terms (it took them OVER A MONTH to fix our kitchen light) and they won't bother to tell you when they're coming by. The walls are super thin and you can hear EVERYTHING that happens next door to you (and of course no one cares if you complain). The locks on the mailboxes don't work, and there's no lock on either the laundry room door or the building door, so anyone off the street can walk right up to your door. The hot water goes out a lot and sometimes the water will go cold for a second randomly. One of the washing machines stole my quarters, which I reported, but no one ever called me back, so they're totally fine with stealing your
